Dr. Anthony Robichaud,  B. Sc., D.C.

Anthony (Tony) Robichaud was born and raised in Amherst, NS. He is the son of Dr. Adrien and Francesca Robichaud. After graduating from ARHS, he attended Mount Allison University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then went on to Davenport, Iowa where the fountainhead of chiropractic is located. Palmer College of Chiropractic is the first and oldest chiropractic post graduate institution in the world. Like his father, Anthony attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and received his Doctor of Chiropractic in February, 1996. After graduation, he practiced in South Carolina for almost two years. In May of 1998, Anthony returned to his native Amherst and practiced with his father for five years.

In 2000, Anthony was married to Susan Myles, daughter of the Reverend David and Margaret Myles. They have two children.

In October of 2003, Anthony and Susan opened Amherst Chiropractic, which boasts many firsts in the particular style and techniques offered.  Dr. Anthony Robichaud and Susan are very happy to be in Amherst again. Amherst is the perfect place to raise a family and the perfect place to offer some of the most leading edge advancements in Chiropractic.

Dr. Robichaud is registered with the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors, The South Carolina State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the U.S. National Board of Chiropractic. He is also a member of the Amherst and Area Chamber of Commerce.


Susan Robichaud, B.A. B. Ed.
Office Manager

Susan is the office manager, and is married to Dr. Robichaud.  Susan graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in Art History in 1993.  After traveling and working abroad for 5 years, she returned to Amherst to marry Dr. Robichaud in 2000.  She graduated with a B. Ed. from University of Maine at Presque-Isle in 2001, and was a substitute teacher for 2 years before opening Amherst Chiropractic with her husband.
